特征:
主要機件由的數(shù)控加工中心制造。機架全部龍門銑加工。
機架用錳鋼板整體加工組成，整體結(jié)構(gòu)合理，可以承擔(dān)500T壓力。
加溫系統(tǒng)采用導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加溫，溫度均勻，該機配有底加溫，能使產(chǎn)品達(dá)到更理想效果。
控制系統(tǒng)采用臺達(dá)PLC控制，人機界面操作，自動化程度高，設(shè)有多種工作模式，來適應(yīng)不同的工件加工。
覆膜時上下同時加溫，提高了對膠水的活化溫度，提高了工件邊部的包邊質(zhì)量，同時減緩了硅膠板的冷卻溫度。
采用高溫導(dǎo)熱油內(nèi)加溫內(nèi)循環(huán)，溫度均勻程度大幅度提高，熱效率高，加熱管損壞后可更換，加熱板適用壽命延長5-10年。
自動裁切刀：實現(xiàn)半自動裁切，裁切斷面呈直線狀態(tài)，節(jié)約了面膜，工時，節(jié)省材料，提高工作效率。

When the film is coated, the temperature of glue activation is increased, the quality of edge wrapping is improved, and the cooling temperature of silica gel sheet is slowed down.
Using high temperature heat conducting oil for internal heating cycle, the temperature uniformity is greatly improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the heating tube can be replaced after damage, and the service life of the heating plate can be extended by 5-10 years.
Automatic cutting knife: semi-automatic cutting, cutting straight line section, saving mask, working hours, saving materials and improving work efficiency.
