海綿泡沫壓陷硬度測試儀制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
          GB10802軟質(zhì)聚氨醋泡沫塑料          
          GB10807-2006 軟質(zhì)泡沫聚合材料壓陷性能測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

主要適用于軟質(zhì)泡沫聚和材料如：海綿、泡沫等壓陷硬度在國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的A法、B法、C法下對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸的海綿、泡沫等試樣進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測試，測出海綿、泡沫等材料的壓陷硬度。本儀器采用計算機控制，可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行快速、準(zhǔn)確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印，精準(zhǔn)的曲線力值雙向顯示更直觀的顯示式樣的測試結(jié)果 采用精密嵌入式cpu控制方式也可直接測定座椅靠背等 不規(guī)則海綿

主要方法：用戶可按照要求選擇方法 以設(shè)定速度加入式樣測得壓入量的力值測得大力值記錄當(dāng)下力值 在以設(shè)定速度返回壓陷量預(yù)先設(shè)定,通過計時電路精確控制壓陷量;            
使用方便：采用高精度壓力傳感器和大規(guī)模集成電路；
測定精確：提供三種測定壓陷硬度的方法；

免費為用戶提供所購儀器的安裝調(diào)試服務(wù)。在進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試前用戶方應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試由多年行業(yè)*工程師免費進(jìn)行。保證用戶可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護(hù)以及應(yīng)及故障的處理。

3、設(shè)備驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

用戶方按訂貨技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行驗收。并符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。設(shè)備驗收在用戶方進(jìn)行并由我公司安裝調(diào)試技術(shù)人員和用戶共同在維修報告上簽字以確認(rèn)儀器的調(diào)試工作完成。

The equipment acceptance shall be conducted by the user side, and the installation and commissioning technicians of our company and the user shall jointly sign the maintenance report to confirm the completion of the instrument commissioning.

4、設(shè)備維修服務(wù)：

我公司產(chǎn)品自用戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試驗收合格后2年內(nèi)免費保修，終身維護(hù)。在2年免費保修期內(nèi)產(chǎn)品發(fā)生非人為質(zhì)量問題，我公司為客戶提供免費維修。如產(chǎn)品在免費保修期外出現(xiàn)故障，維修服務(wù)只適當(dāng)收取材料成本費。

During the 2-year free warranty period, our company provides free maintenance for customers in case of non-human quality problems. 6、售后響應(yīng)：

在接到用戶維修邀請后，2小時內(nèi)做出反應(yīng)，并給予解決。如未解決，我公司指派工程師及時到達(dá)用戶現(xiàn)場，解決問題至設(shè)備正常使用為止。
