一、概述

2Ga、2Gb系列單吸雙螺桿泵在工作過程中，螺桿與螺桿兩個以及螺桿與襯孔之間形成密封腔，液體經(jīng)進(jìn)口進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，然后進(jìn)入密封腔，隨著螺桿的回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動，由進(jìn)口處平穩(wěn)的被輸送到出口處。襯孔的相對位置由止口定位，螺桿軸由軸承支承定位，而工作期間保持螺桿和螺桿之間、以及螺桿與襯孔之間互不接觸。因而，泵允許短時間干運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；并允許輸送各種液體介質(zhì)（如非牛頓液體、潤滑性液體、非潤滑性液體等）。因進(jìn)口流道的特殊設(shè)計以及工作時液體的軸向速度相對較小，因此泵的NPSHr值佷小，有很好的自吸能力。軸承和同步齒輪由齒輪箱中的齒輪油潤滑。

可方便的拆下泵體聯(lián)接螺釘，從而直接清洗泵體、螺旋套及機(jī)械密封，過流部分*。可用溫度低于180℃的蒸汽或其他介質(zhì)對泵進(jìn)行清洗或消毒。泵的出口科可自行安裝安全措施（如溢流閥、壓力控制閥、安全閥等）。如需要，泵機(jī)組可提供為移動式（底座由四個小輪和牽引扶手）。

5、工作原件間無接觸，可夾帶一定量的細(xì)土顆粒（如高嶺土等）。

7、泵體為雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，可對介質(zhì)進(jìn)行全面加熱降粘，所以輸送介質(zhì)粘度可達(dá)100000mm2/s。

8、可通過改變轉(zhuǎn)速來調(diào)節(jié)流量，輸出壓力保持不變。

9、采用同步齒輪傳動，轉(zhuǎn)動零件互不接觸，軸承外置、獨立潤滑，不受介質(zhì)影響，所以輸送介質(zhì)范圍較廣。
