該型雙螺桿泵采用雙吸式結(jié)構(gòu)，螺桿兩端處于同一壓力腔中，軸向力可以自行平衡。兩端軸承采用外裝式，單獨(dú)采用潤滑油（脂）潤滑，因而不受輸送介質(zhì)的影響，兩螺桿間用一對同步齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，螺桿齒面間并不接觸，而留有一微小間隙，介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)并不能對螺桿齒面產(chǎn)生直接的磨損（除沖刷外）
