活塞推料離心機(jī)可分為臥式單級(jí)、二級(jí)或三級(jí)活塞推料。能在全速狀態(tài)下，連續(xù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、卸料等工序。具有連續(xù)操作、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、分離因數(shù)高、生產(chǎn)能力大、洗滌效果好、濾餅含濕率低、母液含固量少等特點(diǎn)。

適合分離含固相物粒度大于0.08mm,濃度大干40%的懸浮液。適用于化工、化肥、制堿、制鹽等行業(yè)，特別適用于氯化鈉、氯化銨、碳酸氫銨、硫酸鈉、尿素等固液分離。

Piston push centrifuge can be divided into horizontal single-stage, two-stage or three-stage piston push. 3.工作原理.png

主電機(jī)帶動(dòng)套裝的內(nèi)、外轉(zhuǎn)鼓全速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料由進(jìn)料管連續(xù)引入，均勻分布到內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)段濾網(wǎng)壁上，在離心力作用下，液相物穿過(guò)濾網(wǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁濾孔排出，經(jīng)排液管排出機(jī)外，固相物截留在內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓形成環(huán)形濾餅層。

內(nèi)、外轉(zhuǎn)鼓同速旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)，在活塞推動(dòng)下，內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓連續(xù)軸向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，因而推料盤(pán)推動(dòng)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓濾餅層間歇不斷地向外移動(dòng)排出內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，進(jìn)入外轉(zhuǎn)鼓進(jìn)一步分離并形成環(huán)形濾餅層，內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)鼓外端面則推動(dòng)外轉(zhuǎn)鼓濾餅層間歇不斷地向外移動(dòng)排出外轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)刮料槽排出機(jī)外。

HR系列離心機(jī)是一種臥式雙級(jí)活塞推料、連續(xù)操作過(guò)泥離心機(jī)。能在全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下，連續(xù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、卸料等工序。具有連續(xù)操作、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、分離因素高、生產(chǎn)能力大、產(chǎn)量高、洗滌效果好、濾餅含濕率低、母液含固量少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

適合分離含固相物粒度大于0．08mm，濃度大于35％的懸浮液。適用于化工、化肥、制堿、制鹽等行業(yè)，特別適用于氬化鈉、氯化、碳酸氫銨、硫酸鈉、硫酸銨等固液分離。

HR series centrifuge is a kind of horizontal two-stage piston pushing and continuous operation mud centrifuge.
