Introduction for GZ6200 Series Partition type Dryer (High end Model)
一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)Product features
1、廣泛應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)飼料、特種飼料、寵物食品等顆粒狀或片狀物料的烘干工段；
Widely used in the drying section of granular or flake materials such as aquatic feed, special feed, pet food;
2、不銹鋼沖孔篩床，開孔率高，生產(chǎn)時(shí)布風(fēng)均勻，烘干產(chǎn)品顆粒直徑范圍0.6mm-40mm，可滿足不同類型飼料的烘干；
With stainless steel perforated bed of punched holes with large open area and even air distribution during production for dry product particle size range of 0.6mm-40mm, which satisfies different types of feed;
3、設(shè)計(jì)的風(fēng)路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，保證“高濕度飽和空氣"及時(shí)排除，同時(shí)又利用富余的熱能，降低能耗，有效節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本；

5、不銹鋼烘干室設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)立烘干區(qū)域，每個(gè)烘干區(qū)可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求單獨(dú)調(diào)整溫度50℃-150℃，以及可以單獨(dú)調(diào)整氣流方向，每層烘干時(shí)間可以單獨(dú)調(diào)整15分鐘-100分鐘不等；
The dryer consists of independent drying zones with each designed in stainless steel chamber. Each drying area can be individually adjusted from 50 °C to 150 °Caccording to the production requirements and can be individually adjusted the direction of air flow.Each layer of drying time can be individually adjusted from15 minutes to 100 minutes;
6、烘干帶的物料厚度和烘干時(shí)間可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求連續(xù)調(diào)整；
The material depth ａnd drying time of the drying belt can be continuously adjusted according to the production demands;
7、設(shè)計(jì)集成熱空氣系統(tǒng)，生產(chǎn)可以采用直接加熱式燃?xì)鉄?，或者間接加熱式蒸汽交換器；
Due to the design of integrated hot air system, the production can use direct heating by gas burner or indirect heating by steam exchanger;
