技術(shù)說(shuō)明：TRICON 外部終端輸入電纜組件 連接不同電子設(shè)備系統(tǒng)
電纜組件是用來(lái)連接不同電子設(shè)備系統(tǒng)或分系統(tǒng)之間的電氣連接組件，是由各種絕緣電線、屏蔽線和電連接器組成。隨著電纜組件在通訊領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用，對(duì)電纜組件電氣性能的穩(wěn)定性，使用壽命及耐環(huán)境要求也越來(lái)越高。目前常用的電纜組件均為兩端連接器，中間電纜，電纜和連接器通過(guò)壓接，裝接或焊接方式連接，外套熱縮套管或注塑保護(hù)。接下來(lái)讓我們看下它的裝接方式有哪些？
電纜組件的裝接主要分三種方式：
一、直焊式：電纜內(nèi)導(dǎo)體與連接器內(nèi)導(dǎo)體；半剛性電纜外導(dǎo)體與連接器外導(dǎo)體錫焊連接，需要用專用裝配工具。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：1.連接線能好。2.焊接結(jié)構(gòu)剛度大，整體性好。3.焊接方法種類多，焊接工藝適用性廣，比較容易現(xiàn)實(shí)。
二、壓接式：電纜屏蔽層被壓接套管用專用壓接鉗壓接固定在連接器上，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，裝接速度快，一致性好，可靠性高，該結(jié)構(gòu)適用于柔性電纜。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：1.結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單。2.裝接速度快。3.一致性好；4.可靠性高。
三、夾持式：裝配連接器和電纜時(shí)，利用螺母結(jié)構(gòu)，把電纜屏蔽層通過(guò)夾持機(jī)構(gòu)與連接器外殼外導(dǎo)體連接并固定，該結(jié)構(gòu)適用于柔性電纜與饋線電纜。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：1.壓銅接線端子十分便利，符合實(shí)際要求能夠很容易的實(shí)現(xiàn)鏈?zhǔn)綐蚪印?.在導(dǎo)線接線位緊密相鄰時(shí)，它能提高絕緣安全度并防止導(dǎo)線分叉。3.可使導(dǎo)線更容易插入端頭。

Two, crimping type: cable shield layer is crimped sleeve with special crimping clamp crimping fixed on the connector, simple structure, fast installation speed, good consistency, high reliability, the structure is suitable for flexible cable.
Advantages: 1. Simple structure. 2. Fast installation speed. 3. Good consistency; 4. High reliability.
Three, clamping type: when assembling connectors and cables, the nut structure is used to connect and fix the cable shielding layer with the outer conductor of the connector shell through the clamping mechanism. The structure is suitable for flexible cables and feeder cables.
Advantages: 1. Press copper terminal is very convenient, in line with the actual requirements can be easily realized chain bridge. 2. When the wire terminals are closely adjacent, it can improve insulation safety and prevent wire bifurcation. 3. The wire can be easily inserted into the end.
