用途

該機被廣泛應(yīng)用于雙零鋁箔、單零鋁箔鋁箔的分切、改切、抽條、復(fù)卷及雙張箔分卷等。

鋁加工行業(yè)、食品箔、空調(diào)箔、家用箔、藥品箔、電池箔、電纜箔、電子箔、電容器箔等各種卷狀O態(tài)、H態(tài)純鋁箔。

主要技術(shù)特點

本機為雙收料軸之中心表面卷取、復(fù)卷；采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)，威綸10" 觸摸式熒屏， 四套日本安川伺服驅(qū)動器和安川伺服專用電機控制收放卷分切，收、放卷自動張力控制、到米自動減速停機、放卷到小卷徑自動減速停機、緊急停機時放卷不松料。雙收料軸分別由獨立伺服馬達(dá)帶自動張力控制,可同時收卷大小不同直徑；收料系統(tǒng)采用伺服系統(tǒng)控制,有高效率,高精度,低噪音等優(yōu)點；主動力采用安川變頻器配合中國臺灣變頻馬達(dá)，由PLC系統(tǒng)控制；收卷可依卷徑和米數(shù)設(shè)定,到設(shè)定卷徑或米數(shù)時自動提前減速停機功能。兩條包膠主動軸是由獨立的動力傳動，配合收卷伺服馬達(dá)同步控制，當(dāng)包膠中分軸外徑磨損時，只需上磨床磨掉磨損表面，直到包膠中分軸的包膠*磨損。也無需改變?nèi)魏螀?shù)。分切采用圓刀及剃刀搭配，可針對不同厚度材料選擇不同刀具，分切寬度由鋁墊片任意調(diào)節(jié)，剃刀配合1mm間距的刀槽輥。該系統(tǒng)采用高可靠性電器元件、線路簡單便于維護(hù)、自動化程度高，操作簡便。

Performance and Features:
