pz series advection spray prilling drier is suit for slurries such as soluble dyes (direct dyes. acdic dyes. electropositive dyes). dyestuff (indanthrone. indigo. indigosol dyes). azo dyes (naphthol dyes. heavy azote. granulate dispersion dyes) (comounol). acetive dyes and organic dyes.
after atomized spraying and drying it becames to be ball granlates which average grain diameter is 120-250 micrometers with high mouldability and good solubility. atpresent it"s compound. organic dyes and is the ideal equipment for making no-layer dyes and pigment
